“The Signs of His Coming” - Bro. Milton Browne - Tues. PM
In August of 1982 brother Milton Browne of Far Rockaway, New York made the trip north and west bound to Jackson, Michigan for the sake of gospel of our Lord and Redeemer Jesus Christ. There, he would hold a 3 days’ gospel meeting. The first night of this meeting the Lord impressed bro. Browne to preach to the church of God at Jackson, Michigan on “The Signs of His Coming”. We will be ineffective, lack awareness, and operate out of sync with the spirit of God if we aren’t able to understand the signs of the end of time.

“Weighed In The Balances” - Bro. Milton Browne - Wed. PM
The second night of this gospel meeting brother Browne labored with God in communicating the message of the hour entitled, “Weighed In The Balances”. Bro. Browne expounded on a variety passages in the sacred scriptures, firstly taking his text from the book of Daniel, the fifth chapter and the twenty-seventh verse. This holiness message reminded the saints that “our thoughts, actions, deeds, and dispositions” are being examined and judged by God through His Word and Spirit.

“You Strive To Enter” - Bro. Milton Browne - Thurs. PM
Bro. Browne closed this meeting with an unction from Heaven. He invoked and encouraged the redeemed assembly to “strive to enter at the strait gate”. “How are the mighty fallen” is often the cry of those who have seen the seeming endless process of people in hot pursuit of God and over the process of time, settling for something less than possessing the fullness of the kingdom or returning to the slavery of sin. He placed heavy emphasis on making a personal decision to strive uncompromisingly and with intense focus, in spite of the negative examples that have gone on before. The spiritual temperature in the room was high, indicated by the saints passionate shouting as the Lord inspired them through His holy instrument. Thank the Lord for the preaching labour of Bro. Browne in this meeting.
